Well everything went wonderfully. I have heard more stories about the zoo than I can remember. Alice did the turkey and it turned out perfect. We had such a great visit with my mom in law.
We got the trees up and mostly decorated. I still have a bit to go. Life has a funny way of getting in the way sometimes. So it has been slower than I would have liked. I will post pictures of the trees later this week. I am having lots of fun with them! I have a few things to make to add to them for next year. I do like them for this year too. So it is all good.
SO I never did make it back from the kitchen to list some of our "I'm thankful for..." so here you go.

God, food, house, car, daddy's job, scriptures, Priesthood, band aids, learning, prayer, family, toys, stuffed animals, our dog, friends, holidays
Really this list was long. We decided to do a chain this year and list 1 thing on each link. I don't think I got a picture of it before it was recycled. Anyway it was 90 links long. We hung it around the dining room. It was neat to look at.
