I still have to get up at 5:30 to make breakfast and get the first kid off. Daddy drives her and then he catches the train in to work.
Next out the door we have Rachel and Jill
Then Chad is out the door.
By 8:30 the house is sooooo quiet! Grace thought she was going to go crazy with all the quiet! She was able to start her work as soon as the girls went to school and get it all done by lunch. She worked well and not a single problem!
OK so I know everyone wants to know how it went. Well Jilli was not too thrilled about going. She was worried about bullies. She gets there and there is a substitute teacher who is feeling a bit overwhelmed herself.
Rachel is in a class of mostly boys. So the girls were thrilled to have another girl and swarmed her!
They came in all excited. I asked if they wanted to go back tomorrow and they both said yes. Jilli was excited she got invited to a party for a girl in the class, she invited the whole class. She was telling me she has a little helper and she helped with everything. "she is probably going to be my new bff. I mean seriously she is so sweet." I said well I thought Elizabeth is your bff. Jilli says oh mom Elizabeth is my bff for life. We will always be bff's a girl can't have too many bff's! ummm can you say 1 too many episodes of Disney tween shows?
Rachel was excited she is in a class with a bunny and she even got to hold it! She has homework, it is math that she learned last year. LOL
So keep your fingers crossed that this continues to go so well.
Here the girls are this morning. We took them out to the bus stop to introduce them to the driver and then drove them to school.

Wow Q I thought this day would never come. Such a huge change for you and your family! How exciting for all of you, I am so glad that the girls had such a good first day. Love you all!
I am glad that the girls has a great day and wants to go back. Taht sure makes the decision alot easier when all goes good.
