OK I knew this blogging would be a challenge! I am trying to keep at it. I have started my reading for my conference reading challenge, but keep getting side tracked, so I need to get better at that one.

I was talking to a friend today about my bread baking obsession. She suggested I should do a pic tutorial. SO tomorrow when I bake bread I will do white bread and will do just that. So be sure to check back Thursday, maybe tomorrow night, for that and the recipe. I read an article that said baking white bread before wheat bread is like learning to crawl before you walk. So that is why I will start with the white. Friday I will grind wheat and make wheat bread and I will share that too. It is good bread. I bake that 3 loaves at a time and I bake 2 times a week usually. I can't help but give it away too. Oh it is good. The house smells good and you just feel like you really accomplished something great.
