New House

Well the second appraisal came back this morning and we have a new house! Not sure just when we will be moving, but will be in the next few weeks. All the rest of the stuff is pretty much done. So just a little bit left to do before we are actual home owners. I was getting so sick of the waiting on the appraisal. Now I have a lot of packing to finish. I have gotten a lot done already, but have a lot to go! Good thing I have kids big enough to help out. Now to get them helping!
